Description
The Lane County Government is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide construction services at Armitage Park. The project includes installing two new shelters at the dog park, reconstructing the existing entrance parking lot, creating a new entrance pull-off, installing sidewalks, stormwater facilities, fencing, gates, and site furnishings, as well as a new pay station and lights within the entrance of the park. The project is expected to be completed by May 29, 2026, and the estimated project cost range is $150K - $300K.
