Description
Texas State University is requesting competitive proposals for selection of one or more responsive and responsible individuals or firms to provide FAA-certified (Part 141) fixed and rotor wing aircraft flight school. The goal is to enter into an effective and collaborative partnership with a flight school that produces highly skilled pilots prepared to maximize their opportunities in the workforce.
Key aspects of the proposal include:
• Providing FAA-certified (Part 141) flight instruction in fixed-wing and/or rotor-wing aircraft
• Producing highly skilled pilots prepared to maximize their opportunities in the workforce
• Entering into an effective and collaborative partnership with Texas State University
