6640 Reagents, Consumables, and Service Contract for iSED Analyzer Portland VAMC

The VA Portland Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide reagents, consumables, and service maintenance for two automated ALCOR iSED Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate testing analyzers. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies and services to keep the equipment in manufacturer's operating conditions. Some key requirements include: • Providing quality control material, wash solution, thermal printer paper rolls, and test cards • Performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs • Ensuring continuity of service with current equipment • Complying with all requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) • Having at least three years of experience providing reagents, consumables, and maintenance for the iSED ESR Analyzer
