Sources Sought for Co-Brand Agreement for Hydration System and Components, MOLLE, CBRN

The U.S. AbilityOne Commission is seeking potential partnerships with U.S. commercial manufacturers of Hydration System, MOLLE, CBRN, and Hydration System Components, Training Kit, 4PC. The goal is to provide employment for people who are blind or severely disabled through a co-brand agreement between the manufacturer and the AbilityOne Program. The selected manufacturer must meet certain criteria, including meeting all requirements of the purchase description GL-PD-15-03, meeting industry performance specifications and standards, and being willing to deliver bulk materials to the non-profit agency. The manufacturer must also demonstrate a commitment to working with the AbilityOne Program to market the product to Government customers. Some key points to consider include: • The product must meet all requirements of the purchase description GL-PD-15-03 and the quality assurance test and inspection plan GL-QATIP-MPHS-01F. • The manufacturer must identify, qualify, and manage suppliers and their compliant material to ensure adherence to all component and end item requirements. • The manufacturer must demonstrate how it will assist the Commission's designated nonprofit agency to expand its line of Hydration System, MOLLE, CBRN, and Hydration System Components, Training Kit, 4PC. • The manufacturer must be willing to enter into a multi-year agreement to include on-going technical and production assistance, factory trained technical field support, and enabling the non-profit agency to meet the criteria of the AbilityOne Program.
