Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The NASA Glenn Research Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Hamilton Sundstrand Space Systems International, Inc. for engineering services related to high-temperature, space-qualified pumps. The pumps are currently located in HSSSI inventory but are NASA property. The engineering services will enable the use of these existing pumps by performing analyses and completing hardware assembly. The schedule requires delivery of flight hardware by Fall 2027 and ground test hardware by H1 2027. • The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. • The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 - Engineering Services. • Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications electronically via email to the identified point of contact. • The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
