Presolicitation Notice: Department of State, U.S. Embassy Monrovia New Embassy Compound Utility Optimization Improvement

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a design-build contractor for a utility optimization improvement project at the New Embassy Compound in Monrovia, Liberia. The project includes the design and installation of solar photovoltaic systems, LED site and exterior building lighting, a battery energy storage system, and building automation system integration. The contractor will also be responsible for interior lighting upgrades and HVAC system replacements.
