Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Juvenile Justice, is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Fayette Juvenile Detention Center. The project includes converting an existing dormitory into a housing unit with eight bedrooms, a dayroom, shower, counselor office, and multipurpose room. The renovation also includes demolition, new work, three exterior windows, and finishes. Additionally, the project involves upgrading the existing water management system to all plumbing fixtures in the housing units.
