The Dane County Elections Center / Clerks Office Facility Remodel - Construction project involves the renovation of approximately 61,500 square feet of the former Ale Asylum facility. The work includes demolition, construction of offices, storage areas, classrooms, and training spaces, as well as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, and access control. The project is being delivered under a lump sum contract with four bid options.
