Description
Texas State University is seeking qualified firms to provide structural engineering services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The selected firm(s) will provide expert-level structural engineering services in support of capital improvements, renovations, facility and campus infrastructure, and other projects within the University. The scope of work may include reviews of proposed engineering additions, detailed reports of existing building conditions, development of structural upgrade plans, and provision of structural engineering services for modeling and evaluation of building and structural displacements.
• The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms.
• The University expects to enter into a contract with one or more qualified firms.
• The selected firm(s) will be required to provide a scope of services that includes structural engineering services, reports, and recommendations.
• The firm(s) will be expected to work with the University's facilities planning, design, and construction team.
• The contract will have a maximum value of $3,000,000 per the life of the contract agreement.
