2” Galvanized Water Main Replacements North Little Rock 2026 Phase 1

The Central Arkansas Water is seeking bids for the replacement of 2” galvanized water mains in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The project involves the installation of approximately 5,515 linear feet of 6” D.I. and 4,655 linear feet of 3” PVC potable water mains. The project locations include Massie St., W. 18th St., W. 47th St., W. 48th St., W. 49th St., Willow St., Francis St., Arrowhead Pl., Fort Roots Dr., Nannette St., Phyllis St., and W. Short 17th St. • The project requires bidders to obtain an official set of contract documents directly from Central Arkansas Water. • A pre-bid conference will be held on November 18, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. via teleconference or in person. • All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid. • The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
