Description
The Starkville Oktibbeha School District is seeking bids for the construction of a facility located at 11200 MS-182, Starkville, Mississippi. The project involves civil site work in preparation for the construction of a new high school. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of a bid bond or a certified check, and bids must be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for 60 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
• The project requires a stipulated sum contract.
• Bidders must obtain bid documents from the plan room website of the Architect.
• Bidders must provide a Mississippi certificate of responsibility number and a copy of the General Contractor's proof of Mississippi license if the bid exceeds $50,000.00.
