Legacy Woods Stormwater Wetland – Contract B

The City of West Des Moines is seeking bids for the construction of the Legacy Woods Stormwater Wetlands Contract B. The project involves the establishment and maintenance of native plantings for a period of three years following construction of a stormwater wetland and streambank stabilization along Jordan Creek. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the project. The project is expected to commence within ten days of the written notice to proceed and shall be completed by August 31, 2029. • The project includes native seeding and planting, maintaining landscape for three years, and all other associated work to complete the project as noted in the Contract Documents. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. • The City of West Des Moines reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any and/or all technicalities and/or all irregularities.
