Description
The VA is seeking a qualified contractor to completely rebuild the condensate collection system in the Damen Building of the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. The work includes removal, replacement, and testing of vacuum pumps, condensate pumps, mechanical alternators, solenoid valves, temperature‑limiting switches, vacuum switches, gaskets, and associated piping and electrical connections. All materials, labor, tools, supervision, disposal of old equipment, and a one‑year parts‑and‑labor warranty are required. Work must be coordinated to avoid disruption to patient care, performed within a 90‑day window, and comply with VA, OSHA, NFPA, and other regulatory standards.
