Network Support Services

The City of Rochester Hills is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive network support services on a subscription-based, "Managed Service" model. The services will include infrastructure co-management, disaster recovery, security management, and firewall management. The chosen partner will have proven experience and success in the areas of Broadcom (VMware) vSphere virtualization, HPE Simplivity Hyperconverged infrastructure, HPE Proliant Server, HPE Aruba network switches, Fortinet's Fortigate firewalls & Wi-Fi, FortiMail, and Darktrace security solutions. The City expects the chosen vendor to be a partner in planning and executing the migration to a new backup and DR solution. The services will be provided under a three-year contract, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period, with a focus on proactive management and a flat monthly fee structure. • Key services: Infrastructure co-management, disaster recovery, security management, and firewall management • Experience requirements: Minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services • Technology requirements: Experience with specific technologies such as HPE Simplivity, Broadcom (VMware), HPE Aruba, Fortinet, and Darktrace • Contract duration: Three years with an option to renew for an additional two years • Payment structure: Flat monthly fee
