Description
The City of Delano is seeking bids for the 2025 Albany Street, High Street, and Princeton Street Pavement Resurfacing and Rehabilitation Project. The project involves asphalt concrete overlay, lowering and raising utility manholes and water valve boxes, cold plane, deep patches, installation of traffic striping, pavement markers and markings, and other miscellaneous improvements. The estimated project cost range is $800,000 to $825,000. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid job walk/meeting on February 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The bid submission deadline is March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The project shall be substantially completed within 90 calendar days.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in any bid.
