Asphalt Parking Lot Reconditioning - Four Sites

The School District of Greenville County is seeking bids for asphalt parking lot reconditioning at four sites: Bell's Crossing Elementary, Blue Ridge Middle, Blue Ridge High, and Mauldin Middle. The work includes asphalt surface preparation, removal of debris, routing of cracks, full-depth asphalt repair, crack sealing, sealcoating, and repainting of parking lot markings. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services required for the complete and satisfactory performance of the work. The project must be completed between May 23, 2026, and August 3, 2026, with weekend work allowed until November 2, 2026. • The contractor must have experience in asphalt parking lot reconditioning and must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and labor standards. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and must obtain any necessary permits and licenses. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all costs, with no hidden costs allowed. • The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the bidder that best meets the needs of the District.
