Ultimate Sports Park

The City of Pompano Beach is seeking bids for the construction of a new multipurpose natural grass sports field and a 2500 SF, 2-story concession building with bathrooms, storage, bleachers, and other track and field amenities. The scope of work includes sitework, drainage, foundation, concrete structure, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, shade structure, landscape, irrigation, fencing, parking, site lighting, and Poured-in-Place (PIP) track and sports lighting. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. • The project is located at 212 NW 16th Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33060. • The contractor must maintain various insurance coverages, including worker's compensation, liability, and commercial umbrella/excess liability. • The contractor must also provide a public construction bond in an amount not less than 100% of the contract price. • The city is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation received from any source other than the eBid System. • Prospective bidders must be duly registered in the City's eBid System to access solicitation documents and submit responses to this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
