The State of Alabama, through the Alabama Department of Transportation, is establishing a statewide master IDIQ agreement for the supply of aggregate, pit material, and sand to any state agency or eligible local governmental entity. Vendors must have an Alabama‑based quarry or yard, submit pricing via the Alabama Buys portal, and agree to a 1 % administrative fee on sales, quarterly reporting, and net‑30 payment terms. The base contract term is 12 months with up to four optional 12‑month extensions (total possible term of five years), and pricing is locked for the duration of each extension.
