Hudsonville Public Schools is seeking qualified vendors to design, supply, install, test, and commission a new LED pool display system and video controller for its high‑school pool facility. The scope includes demolition of the existing display, delivery of a full‑color wall‑mounted LED matrix (3.9 mm pixel pitch, 281 trillion colors), a compatible video controller with multiple input/output options, integration with the existing Colorado Timing System, full configuration, training for up to two administrators, a one‑year warranty, and provision of maintenance pricing. The contractor must coordinate with the school’s consultant, provide all submittals, adhere to industry standards (IEEE, NEC, UL, etc.), and meet the following schedule: bid submission by October 2 2026, work start after purchase order (expected after Oct 26 2026), and substantial completion by March 31 2027.
• Demolition of existing pool display and removal of associated cabling.
• Supply and install a full‑color LED wall display (model IFL3.9MM1280x768‑I) with 3.9 mm pixel spacing.
• Supply and install a dual‑zone LED video controller supporting HD‑SDI, HDMI‑4K, and multiple HDMI inputs.
• Integrate system with Colorado Timing System for swim, dive, water‑polo, and synchronized‑swimming events.
• Provide all wiring, mounting hardware, power backup, and system‑backup capabilities.
• Deliver shop drawings, submittals, warranties, as‑built documentation, and training (minimum two 2‑hour sessions).
• Offer a $5,000 allowance for owner‑directed infrastructure upgrades.
• Meet warranty response times (≤8 hours for major failures, ≤2 business days for minor).
