The City of Naples is seeking qualified firms to execute a feasibility‑driven conversion of its water‑treatment and wastewater‑treatment plants from chlorine gas to sodium hypochlorite (bleach). The scope includes detailed engineering design, procurement of necessary equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning of the new chemical handling system. This project aims to improve safety, reduce hazardous chemical storage, and meet modern regulatory standards. • Convert existing chlorine gas handling infrastructure to sodium hypochlorite production at both WTP and WWTP sites. • Provide complete engineering design packages (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil). • Manage procurement, installation, and start‑up of new dosing and storage equipment. • Conduct performance testing, staff training, and documentation hand‑over.
