Description
The Orange County Fire Authority is seeking proposals for the purchase of one new 2025/26 JLG 1255 Telehandler or approved equivalents. The proposal should include the vehicle specifications, delivery lead time, and total purchase costs. The evaluation criteria will be based on the vehicle specifications, delivery lead time, and total purchase costs. The contract will be for an initial one-year period with up to four annual renewals. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and Federal Emergency Management Agency policies.
• The vehicle must be a new 2025/26 JLG 1255 Telehandler or approved equivalent.
• The vehicle must meet the specifications provided in the solicitation document.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the vehicle for a minimum of 36 months or 36,000 miles.
• The contractor must provide monthly progress reports confirming the status of delivery dates.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and Federal Emergency Management Agency policies.
