Description
The Arroyo Grande Library Remodel Project involves various upgrades, including the renovation of public restrooms, installation of a new fire suppression system, and the expansion of the youth services area. The project requires ADA-compliant doors and hardware, reconfiguration of the front entry and circulation desk, and the installation of new light fixtures and floor/ceiling finishes. A new dedicated Veterans Connect office will also be added.
• The project has an engineer's estimate of $4,500,000.
• A mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be held on October 2, 2025.
• Bidders must submit requests for information by October 13, 2025.
• The bid opening date is October 30, 2025.
