Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works – Special Districts is seeking proposals from qualified professional architectural firms for on-call professional architectural services, including geotechnical and survey-related services, for various emergency, maintenance, and capital improvement projects throughout San Bernardino County. The scope of work may include preliminary design services, design services, bidding and construction administration, quality control, and review of existing facilities. The contract period will be for a maximum of five years, and the County estimates a budget not to exceed $1,000,000 for each contract awarded.
• The Proposer must provide labor and expense rates for all disciplines and employees that will be working on the contract.
• The Proposer must include all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the various County, Special District, and Department Facilities located throughout San Bernardino County.
• The Proposer must comply with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
• The Proposer must provide a minimum of three customer references.
• The Proposer must certify that it is not suspended, debarred, proposed for debarment, or declared ineligible for the award of contracts from the United States federal government procurement or nonprocurement programs.
