Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Public Safety, is soliciting bids for the Fremont Hangar Groundwork project. This project involves exterior concrete and asphalt work for an existing hangar at the Fremont County Airport. The scope of services includes full construction contracting services, and the contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The project will involve around 400 tons of asphalt and 150 CY of concrete, and all work must be done per the engineer's specifications.
• The project is located at Fremont County Airport, Hangar 30.
• The contractor must provide payment and performance bonds not less than 50% of the value of the contract.
