Description
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Family Preservation – Parent Education Home Based Services in Ingham County. The selected contractor will be expected to provide services for a period of three years, with up to two one-year renewal options. The contractor will be responsible for providing in-home family services, transportation, and specific assistance to families in need. The contract has a total value of $278,400.00.
