Payne Avenue Improvements

The City of Cleveland is seeking a Design-Build Team to provide professional Architecture, Engineering, and Construction services for the Payne Avenue Improvements project. The project involves the renovation and modification of the 2001 Payne Avenue building, including site design, architectural and interior improvements, envelope and roof improvements, mechanical and plumbing systems, electrical systems, and fire protection. The Design-Builder will be responsible for evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of separate bid packages and will work closely with the City's consultants. The project is expected to last 78 weeks.
