Surplus Sale of Turf

The Town of Greenwich is accepting bids for the surplus sale of turf on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. The turf is a Mateflex Modular Surfaces Action Turf 250 UF, green in color, and measures 185' long x 85' wide. A minimum bid price of $1.00 per item is required. The successful bidder will be responsible for removing the turf at their own risk within four days of signing the Bill of Sale. • The bid deadline is 5/14/2026 at 11:00 AM. • Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number clearly indicated on the lower left-hand corner. • The successful bidder will be required to sign a Bill of Sale and provide payment in the form of a certified check or bank check. • The Town of Greenwich reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in or reject any or all bids.
