This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide Patient Assisted Parking Services at the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY. The contractor must staff a patient parking lot and front‑circle drop‑off area with continuous coverage, enforce a maximum 10‑minute wait time, and supply all related equipment and uniforms. The work is performed Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑3 pm, for a base period of one year with four one‑year renewal options. The award will be a small‑business set‑aside contract.
