Description
The Office of Exposition Park Management is seeking a qualified concrete contractor to perform comprehensive sidewalk and road repairs throughout Exposition Park. The scope includes concrete grinding, removal, replacement, and patch repairs across multiple specified locations, with all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals provided by the contractor. Work must meet California codes, state specifications, and include safety and site‑cleanup measures.
• Perform concrete grinding and removal/replacement for ~37 individual sidewalk and road sections (areas B, S, R, and CTL1).
• Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals; ensure safety barriers and traffic control.
• Deliver a 12‑month workmanship warranty, comply with insurance, bonding, prevailing‑wage, and DVBE reporting requirements.
• Complete work between June 22 2026 and June 30 2027 within a maximum contract value of $100,000.
