Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide roof repairs at the Mt. Pleasant Transportation Service Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, which includes preliminary design, final design, construction administration, and other phases. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal meeting, and questions must be submitted in writing by the designated deadline.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical proposal and cost proposal, with the technical portion being 80% of the evaluation and the cost proposal being 20%.
• The contract will be awarded to the professional firm that has been recommended by the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee after their evaluation of the combined Part I - Technical and Part II - Cost Proposals.
