Description
The City of Livonia is seeking bids for the Shelden Park Improvements and Renovations Project. The project includes the removal of the existing pool and pool house, and other existing amenities, including tennis courts. The installation scope includes a new splashpad, a new playground, and new fitness equipment, centered around a new restroom structure and pavilion. Grading, landscaping, walkways, and racquet sports courts are also planned. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
