Renovation of Memorial Court

Virginia Tech is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a comprehensive renovation of its Memorial Court and the lower‑level chapel. The work includes removal and replacement of flagstone pavers, granite stair treads, stone coping, installation of new waterproofing, flashing, weep systems, and new lighting fixtures, as well as coordination with university‑provided arborist and project manager for tree protection. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid/competitive‑proposal basis, with a mandatory pre‑proposal conference and a strict submission deadline.
