Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the replacement of the Lower and East Price Hill LSL Branch. The project involves furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the installation of ductile iron pipe and fittings, copper pipe and fittings, and other work necessary or incidental to the installation of the proposed water main. The estimated quantities are approximate and will be used solely for the purpose of making a tabulation of the bids. Bidders must complete the Excel pricing sheet in the shaded areas. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Furnishing and installing ductile iron pipe and fittings
• Furnishing and installing copper pipe and fittings
• Performing all work necessary or incidental to the installation of the proposed water main
• Completing the Excel pricing sheet in the shaded areas
• Providing surety for 100% of the estimated private lead service line replacement work
• Utilizing best efforts to recruit and maximize the participation of all qualified city-certified M/WBEs
