Exterior Brick Maintenance & Repairs

The Pacific Hospital Preservation & Development Authority is seeking a contractor to perform exterior brick maintenance and repairs for 6 buildings that are three stories tall. The project includes 72 lintel replacements and a total of 1,632sf of spot tuck pointing, cleaning and caulking of windows and water repellent. The contractor will be required to manage the budget throughout the completion of the work and ensure that it is not exceeded. The project schedule milestones include soliciting contractor RFPs, contractor RFPs due, award contract, site available for work start, and construction completion. • The project requires exterior masonry maintenance and repairs, including lintel replacement, spot tuck pointing, cleaning, caulking windows, and water repellent. • The contractor must provide a detailed lump sum proposal for the scope of work identified in the RFP document. • The contractor must manage the budget throughout the completion of the work and ensure that it is not exceeded. • The project schedule milestones include soliciting contractor RFPs, contractor RFPs due, award contract, site available for work start, and construction completion. • The contractor must comply with the insurance limit requirements, including commercial general liability, worker's compensation, employer's liability, commercial automobile liability, and property insurance.
