RFI: Liquid Chromatography Replacement (Sciex Compatible)

The US Air Force Academy is seeking information from vendors who can provide a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Liquid Chromatography System that is fully and natively compatible with the laboratory's existing Sciex QTRAP 5500 Mass Spectrometer. The system should include various components such as a system controller, parallel-type double plunger pump, degassing unit, autosampler, column oven, and others. The vendor should also provide a capability statement that includes company information, unique entity ID, socio-economic status, product information, and estimated price. • The liquid chromatography system must be compatible with the Sciex QTRAP 5500 mass spectrometer. • The system should include a solvent selection kit, column switching kit, high pressure conversion kit, and PFAS kit. • The vendor should provide a Sciex imaged computer with the necessary specifications to run instrument software. • The vendor should provide a Sciex OS software license and full system training with a Sciex Applications Support Scientist.
