Description
The City of Raymond is seeking bids for the construction of the Elevated Tank Rehabilitation project. The project includes the rehabilitation of two elevated water tanks. The contract time will be 240 consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $200 per consecutive calendar day thereafter.
• The project requires the furnishing of all labor and materials, and the performing of all activities specified in the Contract Documents.
• Plans, contract documents, and proposal forms are available for public inspection in the office of the City of Raymond and the office of the Engineer, WGK, Inc.
• Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom the Contract Documents and Addenda have been issued by the Engineer.
• State law requires a non-resident bidder to attach a copy of their resident state's current law pertaining to the treatment of non-resident contractors with their bid.
