Designer Services for Crutchfield Building Roof Replacement

The Stanly Community College is seeking a designer for the Crutchfield Education Center Roof Replacement Project. The project involves the full removal of the current roofing system and replacement with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof system (TPO) or FiberTite roof system. The selected designer will be responsible for providing design services for the project. The scope of work includes the removal of the current roofing system and the installation of a new roofing system. The project is located at 102 Stanly Parkway, Locust, NC. • The project covers roughly 18,790 sq. ft. of the 33,122 sq. ft. two-story building. • The selected designer must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. • The selection committee will consider factors such as specialized expertise, past performance, adequate staff, and proposed design approach. • Proposing firms must submit a Letter of Interest and a copy of the current Standard Form 254 (SF 254).
