Description
The City of Folsom is soliciting bids for the 1 Natoma Street Walls and Doors Project, which includes the preparation and installation of walls and doors at three locations within the building. The project requires a Class B - General Building Contractor license. The bid closing date is November 21, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 5, 2025, at 8:30 A.M.
• The project consists of preparation, steel frame installation, electrical relocation of wires and switches, drywall, header support for doors, door installation, texture work, and electronic door strikes compatible with key card systems.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including prevailing wage requirements and workers' compensation insurance.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
• The project duration is 20 working days, and the contractor must complete the work within this timeframe.
• The contractor must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond.
• The contractor must comply with the City of Folsom's Standard Technical Specifications and Standard Details.
