North Tonawanda Public Library: New Exit Door & Main Entrance Renovation

Removal and relocation of section of existing library stacks to expose a section of exterior wall for the purpose of demolition of portion of existing wall for the new construction of an exterior exit door complete with exit lighting and exit door hardware. This will allow for the existing library stack space exit needs to be redefined, which will require a partial project close-out, to then allow for the removal and replacement of the existing main entrance storefront and surrounding floor surfaces which include both exterior concrete and interior stone tiling. An alternate is shown to upgrade storefront system to have a ballistics rating. Alternate to be included if financially feasible following bidding. Bid Documents may be purchased at the same location. Each request must be accompanied by a certified check for the non-refundable fee payable to Avalon for each set of drawings and specifications.
