IFB - Heating, Ventilating, and Air- Conditioning (HVAC) Services in Yuba County

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking bids for Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) services in Yuba County. The contractor will be responsible for providing quarterly and annual preventative maintenance, routine and non-routine repair services of HVAC systems. The services will be performed at the Caltrans District 3 Materials Testing Facility. The contractor must possess a valid and current C-20 license issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and an Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) certification. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including prevailing wage rates and labor laws. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain insurance coverage throughout the term of the agreement. • The contractor must register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and obtain any necessary permits and licenses. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement, including the payment bond requirement and the non-collusion declaration.
