Splunk Cloud Subscription Renewal

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for the renewal of its Splunk Cloud subscription for a 12-month duration. The subscription includes 100 GB/day of Splunk Cloud with federal compliance impact level controls, encryption at rest, and a standard success plan. The contractor will also provide standard support directly from Splunk. The contract will commence on April 22, 2026, and end on April 21, 2027. The contractor must be authorized to resell Splunk Cloud subscriptions and provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The contractor must submit a bid with all required attachments, including a transmittal letter, minimum qualifications documentation, and a bid price form. • The contractor must also complete and submit a certification against lobbying and a disclosure of lobbying activities form. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the most favorable total bid price. • The contractor will be required to provide services upon receipt of a written notice to proceed. • The contract includes requirements for confidentiality, document retention, patents, copyrights, and intellectual property. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to lobbying and discrimination.
