Service Agreement: FACSymphony A5 Flow Cytometry System

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a service agreement for the FACSymphony A5 Flow Cytometry System. The agreement will provide full coverage for the BD FACSymphony A5, FACStation, and FACS Flow Supply System, including labor, travel expenses, and parts. The agreement will also include two preventive maintenance inspections, software revisions, unlimited service visits, and telephone support. The period of performance will be a base year plus two option periods, with the base year starting on March 1, 2026, and ending on February 28, 2027. The option periods will be from March 1, 2027, to February 29, 2028, and from March 1, 2028, to February 28, 2029. • The agreement will cover the BD FACSymphony A5 and BD FACStation for labor, travel expenses, and parts, excluding consumable items and lasers. • The agreement will include two preventive maintenance inspections, software revisions, and unlimited service visits. • The agreement will provide telephone support for instruments, reagents, and applications. • The agreement will cover the FACS Flow Supply System for labor, travel expenses, and parts, excluding consumables. • The agreement will include unlimited service visits and telephone support for the FACS Flow Supply System.
