On-wafer load pull system for transistor measurements

The University of Notre Dame du Lac is seeking a Bidder to provide an on-wafer load pull system for transistor measurements. The system should have a frequency range of at least 2-15 GHz, input tuning at fundamental and second harmonic, output tuning at fundamental, second, and third harmonic, and be capable of pulsed and CW operation. The Bidder should also provide on-site training, installation, and a payment schedule.
