NAWCAD WOLF - Presolicitation Notice – Sole-Source Requirement for SNC Hardware and Software Trouble Report Support Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Task Order (TO)

This presolicitation seeks a sole‑source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) task order for hardware and software trouble‑report support to sustain Navy air‑traffic‑control and landing‑system equipment, primarily the Precision Approach and Landing Systems (PALS) and Joint Precision Approach and Landing Systems (JPALS). The contract will be awarded to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), the original equipment manufacturer, and will run for five years with all work performed at the contractor’s facilities. • Provide hardware, assemblies, and related components for ATC&LS equipment. • Deliver engineering services, upgrades, modifications, and technical expertise to maintain and enhance system performance. • Support multiple major defense acquisition programs (e.g., PALS, JPALS) under an agile‑management framework. • Work location is 100 % at the contractor’s site; no on‑site Government presence required. • Capability statements are due 21 Oct 2026, with anticipated award in Jan 2027 and performance beginning Apr 2027.
