The work includes pre‑flight inspection of supplied media and PDF, generation of a press‑quality soft PDF proof, palletized packaging of 500‑envelope boxes, and coordinated delivery to a primary site in East Point, Georgia, and a secondary residential site in Federal Heights, Colorado. The contractor must meet strict GPO quality‑assurance levels (Level 3 QATAP) and adhere to detailed packaging, shipping, and documentation requirements.
• 310,005 white writing envelopes, 4‑1/8 × 9‑1/2 in., 24 lb basis weight, with 1‑1/8 × 4‑1/2 in. diagonal window and VA permit printed in Pantone 541‑U blue.
