The City of Tulsa’s Finance Department (Information Technology) is seeking an authorized HPE Aruba partner to provide Aruba/HPE ClearPass Policy Manager Access licenses. The award will be a one‑year contract (potentially renewable up to four additional one‑year terms with optional 90‑day extensions) for 5‑year subscription licenses covering 5,000 and 1,000 concurrent endpoints. The city will evaluate “lowest secure bidder” based on price, compliance, delivery schedule, and vendor qualifications.
