Description
The County of San Mateo’s Technology Services Department is issuing an Invitation for Bid to renew Aruba Foundation Care and Advanced Care subscriptions for a three‑year term (FY26‑29). The contract requires a qualified HPE authorized channel partner to provide licensing, maintenance, technical support, and updates for Aruba networking equipment. Bids must include a pricing table, lead times, freight and delivery costs, and must be submitted electronically via OpenGov by 1:00 pm on October 22, 2026. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract will be paid in three equal annual installments, contingent on the County’s appropriation of funds. Vendors must certify HPE partnership status, hold required certifications, and be in good standing with SAM. Local business preferences and various compliance requirements (living‑wage, insurance, etc.) apply.
