The State of Maryland’s Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) is seeking a Small Business Reserve‑qualified master contractor to provide a one‑year renewal of KACE Quest software maintenance and support. The contract is a fixed‑price, small‑business‑only award limited to vendors that are authorized resellers under the COTS Master Contract. Six KACE product items (licenses for managed computers and appliances) must be renewed effective 12/02/2026 with service through 12/01/2027.
