Description
The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) is seeking an authorized reseller to renew its Diligent Community board‑management software subscription for the State Board of Education. The contract runs roughly one year (Nov 24 2026 – Nov 30 2027) and includes software licensing, training, and ongoing accessibility compliance support. Bidders must demonstrate at least two years of experience reselling Diligent software, provide references, and meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
