Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotations for the procurement of small arms ammunition to support training and recertification of police officers. The ammunition will be used for 9mm and .223/5.56mm firearms. The contractor must be able to supply all the items listed on the Schedule of Supplies. The award will be based on a comparative evaluation of quotes, considering factors such as price, past performance, and shipping terms.
• The contractor must provide training ammunition with a quantity of 110,000 for 9mm and 33,000 for .223/5.56mm.
• The contractor must provide qualification ammunition with a quantity of 22,000 for 9mm and 11,000 for .223/5.56mm.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable packaging and hazardous materials regulations.
• The contractor must have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must submit a complete price schedule for all items and delivery options.
